You will see some side markings on the black of the box... This is consistent on a few of the boxes.. Some side wear - I couldnt' show all of them but this is an example. Nothing that will show when being displayed. There will also be some light scratching and marks on the plastic.

I wiped with a dry cloth maybe some will come off maybe not. All in all these boxes are very sturdy and have held up very well. Comes from a smoke free home.
